About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Zoho web developer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic tech team. This role will focus on customizing, developing, and integrating CRM solutions while working on core development projects that align with business needs. If you have a strong foundation in programming and a knack for CRM platforms, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting.
• Customize and configure Zoho CRM workflows, layouts, dashboards, and modules.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Zoho and third-party systems (e.g., using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, etc.).
• Automate business processes using Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Books.
• Create reports, dashboards, and custom views to support business decision-making.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Zoho implementations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation for all processes, workflows, and customizations.
• Experience with REST APIs, data migration, and custom integrations.
• Strong knowledge of business processes like sales, marketing, finance, or operations.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Zoho Certifications (Zoho CRM Certified Consultant, Creator Certified Developer, etc.) Will be benefit
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
• Background in software development or computer science.
• Familiarity with other CRM systems or ERP tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
