You will be responsible for implementing and customizing Zoho One, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Inventory Management to meet the specific business requirements. Your key responsibilities will include customizing modules, fields, workflows, and automation, developing and integrating APIs, configuring Zoho Books for accounting and financial reporting, implementing inventory tracking and order processing in Zoho Inventory Management, and developing custom Zoho Creator apps and Deluge scripting for seamless business operations.
Additionally, you will customize CRM modules, layouts, and workflows in Zoho CRM, implement automation, lead management, and reporting dashboards, integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications, and provide user training and technical support for Zoho applications. You should have proficiency in Deluge scripting, API integration, and automation, strong knowledge of business processes, finance, and inventory management, and the ability to analyze business needs to customize Zoho apps accordingly. Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical support will be essential for this role.
Ideally, you should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, and Zoho certifications will be preferred. The job is full-time, based in Mundka, Delhi, and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, with the salary ranging from 40,000 to 1,20,000 based on experience.,
