You will be a key contributor to the Strategy & Transformation team for IET Digital Technology. The role will require strong leadership and communication skills including the ability to influence and work across cross functional teams.
As a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of projects, partnering with technical teams and coordination of activities
- Taking ownership for project prioritization, definition and compliance to ensure adherence with project management methodologies
- Applying existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems or processes
- Communicating and presenting recommendations, project plans and technical road-maps to senior business leaders, customers and stakeholders
- Collaborating and communicating across cross-functional teams to track the design process and deliver projects on time
- Driving IET DT horizontal strategic programs like application rationalization as well as any M&A activity including acquisition and divestiture oversight

To be successful in this role you will:
- Be a graduate in Computer Science, IT or similar or demonstrate equivalent professional work experience
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Have experience in program management and leading technical programs
- Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Have ability to analyze and resolve problems through innovation and creative solutions
- Be a natural communicator, with an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Be a motivated self-starter that promotes teamwork and collaboration in a cross-functional environment
