What You’ll Do
- Design and develop micro‑services using Java, Spring Boot, and Kotlin.
- Integrate third‑party and open‑source frameworks into core platforms.
- Optimize system capacity, performance, and operational health.
- Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver end‑to‑end features.
- Maintain and evolve backend architecture for reliability and security.
- Write clean, testable code and conduct peer reviews.
What You Need
- 4‑7 years of software engineering experience, 3+ years building scalable backends.
- Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Kotlin (Micronaut).
- Hands‑on experience with non‑relational databases such as MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and micro‑service architecture.
- Problem‑solving skills with data structures and algorithms.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Good to Have
- Exposure to data pipelines, Spark, or ML Ops.
- Familiarity with Python for scripting or tooling.
