Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned React Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using modern full-stack technologies including React.js, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in delivering impactful digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement dynamic UI components using React.js
· Design and develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express
· Integrate with and manage databases such as MongoDB (or equivalent NoSQL/SQL DBs)
· Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences
· Optimize application performance across modern web browsers
· Handle deployment and version control through CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
· Manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for scalable application hosting
· Perform debugging, unit testing, and bug fixes in both frontend and backend environments
· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies
· Lead development efforts on key modules and mentor junior developers
Requirements:
¾ Technical Skills:
§ Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
§ Experience with Redux or other state management libraries
§ Backend expertise using Node.js and Express.js
§ Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL/SQL databases
§ Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration
§ Familiarity with JWT and other authentication/authorization mechanisms
§ Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
§ Experience with Docker and container-based environments
§ Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and build tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
¾ Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development
¾ Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
¾ Soft Skills:
§ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
§ Ability to work effectively in Agile environments
§ Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Additional Skills:
· Knowledge of server-side events or real-time streaming protocols
· Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
· Experience working in a distributed team environment
