Your Role:
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Create lead-generation funnels for B2B and B2C clients.
• Monitor campaign performance and tweak for ROI.
• Work closely with our content and design team to align messaging and creatives.
• Prepare reports and insights that actually make sense (no fluff).
• WA Marketing Campaign.
Skills & Must-Haves:
• 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Experience with an agency is a must.
• Proficiency in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Clear understanding of business models and ROI-based thinking.
• Experience with B2B and B2C Clients.
• Analytical mindset with data-first decision making.
• Ability to work independently and manage 5+ accounts.
