Product & Process Design Engineer

What You Will Do

· Design water treatment processes from lab and pilot data

· Perform material & energy balances and system sizing

· Develop PFDs and engineering drawings (Auto CAD)

· Support execution and commissioning with operations teams

· Prepare cost estimates and evaluate design alternatives

· Work across sales, operations, and client teams

Who We Are Looking For

· Chemical Engineering graduate

· 3–5 years’ experience (water preferred)

· Strong fundamentals and problem-solving ability

· Comfortable with real-world ambiguity

· Compensation Range: ₹7 – ₹9 LPA (depending on experience and capability), with performance-linked incentives.

Technical Skills

· Process design and calculations

· Auto CAD

· Excel

· Aspen / HYSYS (preferred)
