What You’ll Do
- Build and modernize wealth horizontal platform capabilities.
- Adopt internal and external cloud solutions for automation testing.
- Reduce regression testing cycles and support parallel project testing.
- Drive automation for legacy systems migration to strategic platforms.
- Coach junior analysts and champion best‑practice coding standards.
- Resolve high‑impact issues by evaluating complex business and system processes.
What You Need
- 5‑8 years of Java development, 10+ years hands‑on core Java.
- Deep expertise with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- Experience using Gradle or Maven build tools.
- Strong Linux/Unix proficiency and Docker containerization.
- Knowledge of Apache Kafka, OpenShift, and middleware technologies.
- Proven track record delivering projects in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
- Ability to conduct feasibility studies, risk analysis, and provide technical guidance.
Good to Have
- Hands‑on experience with Frontier AI tools.
