Data Analyst – eCommerce at McAfee
McAfee is a global leader in online protection, and we’re helping people stay safe online. Our eCommerce team is growing, and we need talented people to help us understand our customers and improve their shopping experience.
In this role, you’ll be digging into how customers use our online store. You’ll be looking at data to find out what’s working well and what could be better, and then sharing those insights with the team. You’ll build reports and dashboards so everyone can easily see the key information. You’ll also work with data engineers to make sure the data is accurate and reliable. This involves using tools like Adobe Analytics to understand customer behaviour, and Power BI, Databricks and SQL to build and improve how we track and report on everything.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with data, has a good understanding of how websites work, and can explain complex information clearly. Ideally, you’ll have some experience with Adobe Analytics, Power BI, SQL, and Databricks. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively are also important.
This position is based in our Bengaluru office and is a hybrid role, meaning you’ll work from the office 2-3 days a week and remotely the rest of the time. We are looking for candidates who can easily commute to our Bengaluru location.
