Xcellence-IT builds software solutions for businesses, helping them connect with their customers online. We’re looking for a talented person to join us as a Web Designer and Front-End Developer.
You’ll be responsible for making our websites look great and work smoothly. This means you’ll be designing new website layouts and graphics, like banners and images, making sure everything looks consistent across the site. You’ll also create visuals for things like email campaigns and other digital marketing materials. A big part of the job is also taking designs and turning them into working web pages. You’ll be expected to suggest new ideas to improve how our websites attract visitors and help grow the business.
We’re hoping you have a good understanding of design principles – things like choosing the right colours and fonts. You should be comfortable using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be a real advantage, as would experience with Dreamweaver or similar programs. Being able to quickly find solutions to design challenges and communicate your ideas clearly is important too.
Ideally, you’ll have a degree or diploma in a creative field and at least one year of experience in a similar role. This position is located in India and is a hybrid role, meaning you’ll work both from the office and remotely. Salary will be discussed during the interview process.
