Join Persistent’s AI‑led digital engineering team to build internal productivity platforms—Copilot agents and AI‑enabled apps—using Python, LangChain, LangGraph and Streamlit. You’ll turn proofs‑of‑concept into production‑grade solutions for Fortune 50 clients, shaping the next generation of enterprise AI tools.
What You’ll Do
Design and deliver end‑to‑end internal applications (frontend + backend) with AI capabilities.
Create, test, and promote Copilot agents through DEV → UAT → PROD pipelines.
Implement secure integration patterns: authentication, APIs, connectors, and knowledge sources.
Set up CI/CD, quality gates, performance tuning, and monitoring/alerting runbooks.
Collaborate with Product, PMO, and engineering peers to translate requirements into scalable features.
Contribute reusable templates, reference implementations, and documented delivery standards.
What You Need
5–10 years of full‑stack development experience at scale.
Strong Python backend skills; hands‑on with LangChain and LangGraph.
Proficiency in Streamlit for UI development.
Experience building and governing Copilot agents or similar AI‑agent frameworks.
Familiarity with enterprise CI/CD, cloud deployments, and basic SRE practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Good to Have
Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
Experience with identity/auth integration and API management platforms.
