What You’ll Do
Architect and blueprint end‑to‑end data platforms aligned with AI use cases.
Develop and optimize PySpark pipelines for large‑scale data processing.
Implement ETL workflows and ensure seamless integration across systems.
Work closely with AI teams to embed intelligent insights into data models.
Lead technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, and drive knowledge sharing.
Monitor project timelines, adjust plans proactively, and report status to stakeholders.
Enforce coding standards and quality benchmarks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
What You Need
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data engineering.
7 + years of hands‑on work with PySpark.
Strong command of distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
Proven experience designing and executing ETL and data integration pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud services for data processing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Ability to write efficient, production‑ready code for large data sets.
15 years of full‑time formal education (typically a bachelor’s degree).
