Middle Full-Stack Developer — Middle Full‑Stack Developer – India Join a fast‑growing SaaS team building a QR‑code generator used worldwide. You’ll work full‑stack with Next.js and Node.js, turning product ideas into secure, high‑performing features. What You’ll Do Develop new features using Next.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend). Write clean, testable code and enforce coding standards. Optimize performance with caching, database tuning, and CDN strategies. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to refine specifications. Manage sprint tasks, estimation, and delivery in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) flow. Implement security best practices and monitor application health. Participate in code reviews and continuous‑integration pipelines. What You Need 2+ years of professional Next.js experience (v14/v15) on recent projects. 2+ years of Node.js work using NestJS, Fastify or Hono. Strong PostgreSQL skills, including query optimization and schema design. Hands‑on Prisma or Drizzle ORM experience with migrations. Experience with Docker and docker‑compose for containerised deployments. Knowledge of caching mechanisms (in‑memory, distributed, CDN) and their implementation. Familiarity with background workers/queues (BullMQ, RabbitMQ) and OWASP security practices. Good to Have CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions or similar. Use of monorepo tools such as Turborepo or Nx. Writing unit and integration tests with Jest or Playwright.
