Software Engineer II – Full Stack (Java, React) — Software Engineer II – Full Stack (Java, React) – Bangalore | Hybrid Join a high‑impact Payments & Cards team delivering enterprise‑grade UI and backend services for a major US bank. Build modern, performant applications using Java, Spring Boot, React and cloud‑native tooling while shaping best‑practice standards across the organisation. What You’ll Do Design and develop responsive enterprise UI components with React, Redux and Material‑UI. Build scalable Java micro‑services using Spring Boot and REST APIs. Create backend endpoints with Node.js where required and integrate with Kafka/MQ. Write unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests to ensure code quality. Deploy code through CI/CD pipelines and support pre‑prod releases. Collaborate with designers, product owners and other engineers to deliver features. Document solutions for hand‑off to Application Support teams. What You Need 5–7 years of full‑stack development experience. Advanced proficiency in Java 11+, Spring Boot, and micro‑service architecture. Advanced expertise in JavaScript, React JS, Redux and Node JS. Strong knowledge of RDBMS (SQL) and NoSQL databases. Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools, Docker/Kubernetes, and AWS. Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles and design patterns. Good to Have Experience in Payments/Financial domain. Familiarity with Vue.js, Material‑UI or Bootstrap. Exposure to Kafka, JMS, or other messaging systems.
