You’ll build and maintain high‑performance REST APIs for a global client’s digital‑transformation platform. The role sits in Agile squads, delivering cloud‑native services on AWS and Azure with Kubernetes.
What You’ll Do
Design and implement Node.js (Express/Fastify/NestJS) APIs.
Deploy Docker containers on Kubernetes (EKS, AKS) in AWS/Azure.
Create CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and release.
Collaborate with front‑end, DevOps, and platform teams on feature delivery.
Monitor API performance and resolve production incidents.
What You Need
4–6 years backend development, 1–2 years with cloud/container platforms.
Strong Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript skills.
Deep knowledge of RESTful API design, OAuth2/JWT authentication.
Hands‑on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS, IAM) and Azure (App Service, Functions, AKS).
Docker and Kubernetes expertise, including Helm chart usage.
Good to Have
Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB or DynamoDB.
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana.
Knowledge of IaC tools like Terraform.
