You’ll join a high‑impact engineering team building the next generation of the ONESOURCE Tax Provision suite, leveraging .NET, Angular, Oracle and PostgreSQL while embracing an AI‑First development mindset. The role blends architecture, design and hands‑on coding to deliver robust, scalable tax‑compliance software for global enterprises. What You’ll Do Design and develop scalable SaaS applications with a distributed team. Lead architectural decisions, coding standards, and implementation strategies. Drive end‑to‑end Agile delivery: design, code, test, document, deploy. Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers. Estimate effort, track milestones, and ensure on‑time delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and shape product design. Explore new technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives. What You Need 10+ years of software development, strong .NET (C# / VB.NET) expertise. Proficiency in Angular for responsive single‑page applications. Experience building REST APIs, using Swagger or Postman for documentation. Hands‑on with relational databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL; plus NoSQL exposure. Cloud‑native development on AWS or GCP. Familiarity with AI‑First tools, DataDog APM, and security best practices. Demonstrated ability to mentor, lead code reviews, and drive technical excellence. Good to Have Deep knowledge of design patterns, N‑Tier architecture, and OOP principles. Experience translating business needs into analytics dashboards or visualisations.
