We’re seeking a senior backend engineer to drive high‑scale, cloud‑native services for a fast‑growing consultancy.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement Java Spring Boot microservices.
- Build and maintain Kubernetes‑based deployments.
- Integrate Kafka‑driven event pipelines.
- Optimize performance using multithreading and concurrency techniques.
- Lead delivery of large‑scale backend projects.
- Collaborate on API gateway configurations (Apigee, Kong, etc.).
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Agile ceremonies.
What You Need
- 8–12 years of Java development with Spring Boot.
- Strong hands‑on experience in microservices and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proficiency in Kubernetes orchestration.
- Expertise in Kafka or similar event‑driven systems.
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Demonstrated leadership of a major project delivery.
Good to Have
- NodeJS or GoLang full‑stack experience.
- Mobile app development background.
- GraphQL BFF implementation knowledge.
- Relevant cloud certifications.
