What You’ll Do
- Analyze business requirements and document complex client needs effectively.
- Author detailed BRD, FRD, and SRS business specifications.
- Coordinate with test teams for test case mapping.
- Design comprehensive product strategies and development roadmaps.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and standard development practices.
- Manage Swift MT to MX message conversion projects.
- Oversee full software development lifecycle phases.
What You Need
- 8+ years of experience in Banking and Payments domains.
- Deep knowledge of cross-border payments, ISO20022, and Swift standards.
- Proven expertise in SWIFT MT-MX conversion and migration.
- Strong proficiency in Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Solid understanding of clearing systems and fund transfers.
- Experience with retail and corporate banking products.
