What You’ll Do
- Assess Industry Cloud deployments and deliver architecture recommendations for scalability and reliability.
- Lead multi‑cloud solution designs, incorporating AI tools such as Einstein and Agentforce.
- Translate technical findings into clear executive briefings and strategic roadmaps.
- Identify gaps, propose product enhancements, and drive adoption of new features.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support engineers to resolve critical issues.
What You Need
- 8+ years in solution or enterprise architecture with large‑scale SaaS implementations.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform, including Admin, Apex, LWC, and OmniStudio.
- Proven multi‑cloud industry knowledge across at least three listed Industry Clouds.
- Strong AI‑first experience using Einstein, Agentforce, or comparable AI success platforms.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to produce executive‑level design documents and presentations.
Good to Have
- Salesforce Certified Application & System Architect credentials.
