Software Engineer (Fullstack/AI) – Work from Office

You’ll be part of a hands‑on team delivering full‑stack and AI‑powered features for a high‑growth learning platform, working side‑by‑side with the CTO to ship production software quickly. What You’ll Do Build AI agents and harnesses that assist software development and learner workflows. Design and implement end‑to‑end features across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. Create tooling that leverages coding agents to accelerate code generation and student learning. Ensure reliability and scalability of production systems serving a rapidly expanding user base. Collaborate directly with the CTO to launch and iterate on the next AI‑agent version. Scale the AI harness, improving performance and expanding capabilities. Support related products from early launch to 1 M‑user scale. What You Need 1–4 years of professional software development experience (fresh graduates welcome). Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for backend and frontend development. Experience with Django or similar web frameworks. Hands‑on knowledge of React for building interactive UI components. Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). Ability to work with coding agents such as Codex, Claude Code, or similar. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to ship end‑to‑end features quickly. Good to Have Deployed AI‑agent product, open‑source contribution, or serious side project. Experience scaling services to 1 M+ users.
