What You’ll Do
- Manage and mentor engineering teams, delivering high‑quality software on schedule.
- Collect and analyze user requirements, translating them into robust specifications.
- Oversee project management, ensuring scope, budget, and quality standards are met.
- Design, develop, test, and document web and .NET applications.
- Conduct code reviews and validate against regulatory and internal standards.
- Coordinate with leadership to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years software development, 3+ years leading teams.
- Proficiency in .NET, SQL Server, Angular, and Azure.
- Strong experience in project delivery and client‑facing communication.
- Excellent analytical and written communication in English.
- Proven track record managing cross‑functional projects.
