Software Engineering MTS (Full Stack) – AI Generalist (Demo Tools & Platform Engineering)

You’ll work on full‑stack tools that embed large‑language‑model agents, automation, and intelligent workflows for Salesforce engineers. What You’ll Do Design and develop full‑stack AI‑driven applications for internal demo tools. Build and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and micro‑services. Integrate LLM‑based agents into workflows for automation and task execution. Create reusable “skills” that agents invoke to interact with internal systems. Develop Slack bots and AI‑enabled self‑service tools. Implement retrieval‑augmented generation pipelines and context‑aware data flows. Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical decision‑making. What You Need 4–6 years of professional software development experience. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js. Experience with Python for AI/ML integrations. Hands‑on work with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue). Building and consuming RESTful APIs and micro‑services. Familiarity with LLM APIs and agentic patterns (tool use, orchestration). Solid understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows. Good to Have Experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar agent frameworks. Working knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate. Building RAG pipelines and context‑aware AI systems. Developing Slack conversational interfaces and bots.
