You will lead full‑stack development of scalable SaaS solutions, architecting cloud‑native microservices while staying hands‑on. Collaborate with architects, product, and platform teams to deliver resilient, event‑driven applications and mentor engineers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of cloud‑native full‑stack SaaS applications.
- Build reusable React/TypeScript UI components, hooks, and libraries.
- Develop scalable Node.js REST APIs and backend services.
- Contribute Java/Spring Boot services and guide microservice design.
- Define standards for CI/CD, testing, observability, and deployment.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers, providing technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive performance improvements.
What You Need
- 8+ years of software development with strong full‑stack expertise.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js for REST API development.
- Deep experience with React.js, TypeScript, Hooks, Redux, and UI component libraries.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud services.
- Experience building event‑driven, multi‑tenant microservices using Kafka or similar.
- Solid understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps.
Good to Have
- Experience with Snowflake data warehousing.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch for search functionality.
- Background in PostgreSQL or MongoDB schema design.
