Join a dynamic team responsible for maintaining and evolving Prudential’s core insurance administration platform. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional peers to deliver robust, compliant solutions that power life‑insurance operations across Asia.
What You’ll Do
- Enhance and maintain the Core admin system.
- Collaborate with front‑end teams to ensure robust end‑to‑end lifecycle.
- Define, document, and manage scope changes throughout projects.
- Prepare technical specifications and maintain change documentation.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to meet deadlines.
- Perform quality analysis before acceptance testing.
- Review junior developers’ code for compliance and mentorship.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 5+ years developing AS/400 / SMART‑400 insurance applications.
- Hands‑on experience with Life/400 and Life/Asia platforms.
- Working knowledge of LifeAsia SOAP APIs.
- Proficiency in SQL400, DB2, COBOL400 and SMART400.
- Ability to produce technical specifications and perform unit/integration testing.
Good to Have
- Strong analytical and coordination abilities.
- Experience in business process modeling.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and fluent English.
