Platform Engineer – Enterprise Golden Paths & Automated Governance

You’ll craft reusable pipelines, infrastructure modules, and automation that make secure software delivery the default across the enterprise, reducing friction for engineering teams and accelerating life‑changing science. Working closely with engineering, security, architecture and operations, you’ll shape platform capabilities that scale to hundreds of engineers. What You'll Do Design reusable GitHub Actions and delivery templates for secure “Golden Paths”. Build and maintain modular Terraform IaC libraries for enterprise reuse. Embed SAST, DAST, SCA and SBOM generation into default pipelines. Create scalable CI/CD patterns applying least‑privilege and resiliency principles. Develop Python or Go automation tools for self‑service onboarding and quality checks. Produce reference architectures and documentation for multi‑cloud, serverless and hybrid environments. What You Need 6+ years in platform, cloud, or DevSecOps engineering. Hands‑on experience authoring reusable GitHub Actions and workflows. Deep knowledge of AWS services, OIDC authentication and Terraform. Strong Python or Golang coding/scripting capabilities. Expertise in DevSecOps controls: SAST, DAST, SCA, SBOM, supply‑chain security. Proven ability to design secure CI/CD pipelines with least‑privilege principles. Good to Have Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration. Familiarity with Azure cloud services. Knowledge of modern stacks like Java, .NET, or React. Using AI tools to boost development and testing productivity. The Opportunity This role lets you influence secure delivery at scale while collaborating with cross‑functional experts. In‑person work is expected at least three days a week, balancing flexibility with team connectivity.
