Join a fast‑growing technology integrator as a technical lead driving full‑stack Java, React and AWS solutions. You’ll design, develop and deliver micro‑services and single‑page applications while mentoring a high‑performing team.
What You’ll Do
- Translate business requirements into scalable Java/React solutions.
- Design, build, and deploy micro‑services on AWS.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Estimate effort, prioritize tasks, and manage sprint deliverables.
- Collaborate with analysts and testers to define acceptance criteria.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues.
- Drive POCs and early risk assessments for new technologies.
What You Need
- 8+ years Java/J2EE experience, including Java 8.
- Strong expertise in Spring Core, MVC, Boot, and micro‑services.
- Proficiency in ReactJS, JSX, Redux and SPA development.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services and cloud deployment.
- Experience with relational (MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Maven/Gradle, Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory.
- Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ) and testing frameworks.
