SDE 2 — Fullstack Engineer

You’ll join a fast‑moving engineering team that builds end‑to‑end product features on a Java/Spring Boot backend and a React frontend, deploying and monitoring them on AWS. The platform handles invoices, payments and reconciliation for large enterprises, so precision and reliability are paramount while leveraging AI coding agents. What You’ll Do Develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka. Build and enhance React frontend applications with clean, reusable components. Design and implement REST APIs that connect frontend and backend layers. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions. Deploy, monitor, and optimise services on AWS cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with product, design, and customer‑facing teams to deliver high‑quality features. What You Need 3–5 years of professional software development experience. Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise with REST API design. Hands‑on production experience with PostgreSQL, Redis and Kafka. Proficiency in React.js and modern frontend practices. Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms and system design. Experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda) and CI/CD pipelines. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Good to Have Familiarity with LLM‑powered workflows, RAG pipelines, OCR or agentic AI systems. Daily use of AI coding agents as part of the development workflow. Exposure to high‑scale fintech or enterprise SaaS environments.
