The team is looking for a seasoned developer to lead and enhance the Intelligent Capture platform built on Tungsten Total Agility. You will ensure stability, performance, and scalability while collaborating with cross‑functional groups and supporting both infrastructure and application needs.
What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and optimize TTA infrastructure for high availability.
- Manage upgrades, migrations, and staging of new TTA platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity, security, and performance issues.
- Support developers in configuration, troubleshooting, and log analysis.
- Collaborate with Tungsten support to file issues and apply fixes.
- Monitor system health using performance tuning and insights tools.
- Develop custom extraction and classification solutions in C#.
What You Need
- Deep expertise in Tungsten Total Agility installation, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of server, storage, network, and virtualization technologies.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows, Active Directory, and high‑availability configurations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and performance tuning.
- Ability to analyze root causes across connectivity, SSL, LDAP, and load balancers.
- Development skills in C# and familiarity with KAFTA/Insights frameworks.
Good to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization.
- Familiarity with monitoring and performance‑tuning tools.
- Understanding of security compliance and best practices.
