What You’ll Do
- Build and enhance Python application features and REST APIs.
- Write and optimise SQL queries; assist with data models and migrations.
- Debug issues, create unit tests, and update technical documentation.
- Participate in code reviews following team standards.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and senior engineers on feature delivery.
- Work during UK shift hours (2 PM‑11 PM IST) to align with overseas teams.
What You Need
- 3–4 years of hands‑on Python development.
- Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and object‑oriented programming.
- Familiarity with Git, debugging, and unit testing.
- Effective teamwork and clear communication skills.
Good to Have
- Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud deployments.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
- Experience integrating external APIs or working with React front‑ends.
