You will partner with cross‑functional teams, translating business needs into technical deliverables. The role demands strong analytical acumen and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
What You’ll Do
- Validate scope, schedule and plans for moderately complex projects.
- Allocate resources, track progress, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Facilitate client interactions to capture requirements and manage expectations.
- Apply Agile/Scrum framework, oversee change control and testing cycles.
- Manage risks, escalations, and financials including budgeting and invoicing.
- Build and execute communication plans for stakeholders.
- Evaluate outcomes against metrics and recommend process improvements.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 12–15 years of project/program management experience.
- Hands‑on .NET (C#), JSON, SQL Server, Entity Framework.
- Proven Scrum Master track record with Agile delivery.
- Experience with budgeting, cost forecasting, and invoicing.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, GIT.
- Ability to lead testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
Good to Have
- 5+ years experience in life sciences/healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with clinical research workflows.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.
- Experience delivering projects for commercial insights.
