We’re seeking a technical leader to steer the development and modernization of our Pantheon Metadata platform. You’ll own end‑to‑end delivery of metadata onboarding, drive automation, and mentor a distributed engineering team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Pantheon Metadata platform development and support teams.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of metadata onboarding and enhancement projects.
- Design scalable metadata management and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and application teams for integration.
- Conduct solution design reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Prioritize enhancements with business stakeholders and manage delivery commitments.
- Provide production support and drive platform stability improvements.
What You Need
- 5+ years Python development for automation and platform services.
- 5+ years SQL and enterprise database design experience.
- Strong Linux administration and shell scripting in production.
- Proven technical leadership of offshore or distributed teams.
- Experience with metadata‑driven systems and governance processes.
- System analysis, troubleshooting, and production support expertise.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and delivery ownership.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of metadata governance frameworks and lifecycle management.
- Experience with data catalog or metadata management tools.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, DevOps, and workflow orchestration.
