What You’ll Do
- Lead Java modernization: upgrade, refactor, and migrate middleware across legacy systems.
- Design and implement microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
- Optimize performance and assess cloud readiness for large‑scale applications.
- Drive GenAI initiatives: apply LLMs, prompt engineering, and GitHub Copilot for development acceleration.
- Build Agentic AI POCs to automate testing, improve documentation, and measure business impact.
- Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and QA to define modernization roadmaps.
- Present findings and ROI of AI adoption to leadership.
What You Need
- 8+ years Java development experience.
- Expertise in Spring Boot, microservices, and REST API design.
- Proven track record of Java modernization and middleware migration.
- Deep knowledge of GenAI technologies: LLMs, prompt engineering, GitHub Copilot.
- Hands‑on with Agentic AI frameworks: LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Experience in cloud readiness assessments.
Good to Have
- Experience with insurance domain modernization projects.
- Ability to work remotely from Pune.
- Skilled in presenting POC outcomes, ROI metrics, and transformation recommendations.
