What You’ll Do
- Develop and enhance web and mobile application features.
- Perform product testing, log bugs, and verify fixes.
- Create documentation, reports, and user guides.
- Coordinate daily tasks and updates with internal teams.
- Assist in customer onboarding and client communications.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis when needed.
What You Need
- Basic computer literacy and reliable internet access.
- Strong communication and eagerness to learn.
- Familiarity with websites, mobile apps, or software platforms.
- Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- 0–1 year experience or fresh graduate in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, or MBA.
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL or Flutter.
- Understanding of fintech, digital payments, SaaS or education platforms.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, Canva, or documentation tools.
