What You’ll Do
- Design user‑focused Java applications with cloud‑native architecture.
- Deliver and optimise data storage and consumption infrastructure bank‑wide.
- Implement security controls for systems, networks, and services.
- Automate CI/CD pipelines and enforce coding standards.
- Mentor teams, remove blockers, and uphold agile DevOps practices.
- Manage stakeholder communications and project governance.
- Monitor performance using tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, and Geneos.
What You Need
- Strong Java, SpringBoot, micro‑service design, Kubernetes and Docker expertise.
- Hands‑on experience with GCP, MongoDB, SQL and Kafka.
- Building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub and related DevOps tools.
- Middleware/database design, build and production troubleshooting.
- Monitoring/alerting proficiency (AppDynamics, Splunk, Geneos, IBM Tivoli).
- Agile delivery using JIRA, Confluence and team collaboration tools.
- Technical leadership of large developer teams and senior stakeholder engagement.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of GRC domain and risk/control platforms (OpenPages, Archer, Metrix, ServiceNow IRM).
- Familiarity with cyber‑security regulations, data privacy, consent and residency requirements.
