What You’ll Do
- Build and optimize backend services for hospital information systems.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Manage relational databases, ensuring performance and integrity.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and data validation logic.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues promptly.
- Implement data validation, business rules, and error handling across services.
- Ensure application scalability, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
What You Need
- 3–5 years of backend development experience.
- Proven work on HIMS or healthcare software projects.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, PHP, or .NET.
- Strong SQL skills with MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
- Experience creating and consuming REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Understanding of database design, query optimization, and data management.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of HL7 or FHIR interoperability standards.
- Experience integrating lab, pharmacy, or billing systems.
- Experience with cloud deployment and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
The Opportunity
