Siebel Developer – Offshore (India)

Join an offshore engineering team delivering Siebel CRM solutions for a US‑based client. The role demands deep Siebel expertise and a daily 3–4 hour overlap with US Eastern Time for stand‑ups and handoffs. What You’ll Do Design, configure, and develop Siebel CRM components using Siebel Tools (BCs, BOs, applets, screens). Enhance Siebel Loyalty engine, programs, tiers, promotions, accrual, redemption, and member management. Build and maintain eScript, browser scripts, business services, and workflows. Customize Open UI presentation models, renderers, and JavaScript/CSS as needed. Develop Siebel EAI integrations, SOAP/REST services, and manage EIM data loads. Troubleshoot production defects, provide L2/L3 support, and participate in on‑call rotation. What You Need Minimum 5 years Siebel CRM development, with 2 years on Innovation Pack 2017+. Hands‑on experience configuring Siebel Loyalty and Open UI customizations. Strong skills in eScript, business services, workflows, and Siebel Tools. Proficiency with Siebel EAI, web services (SOAP/REST), and EIM migrations. Advanced SQL/PLSQL on Oracle and understanding of Siebel server architecture. Full SDLC exposure, Agile/Scrum experience, and daily Jira/Confluence usage. Good to Have Experience with Siebel upgrades/migrations to latest Innovation Packs. Background in travel, hospitality, airline, or cruise industries. Exposure to OCI, Docker, Kubernetes, or middleware like MuleSoft.
