What You’ll Do
- Design and develop scalable back‑end services and RESTful APIs for core products.
- Write secure, efficient server‑side logic using modern frameworks and languages.
- Integrate relational databases, third‑party services and external APIs into the platform.
- Optimise application performance, scalability and security through profiling and refactoring.
- Collaborate closely with front‑end engineers to deliver seamless, responsive user experiences.
- Produce clean, maintainable, well‑documented code following industry best practices.
- Debug, test and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring rapid resolution.
What You Need
- Minimum 2 years of professional back‑end development experience.
- Proficiency in Node.js, Python or Java and related ecosystems.
- Strong command of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and advanced SQL querying.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of security best practices, performance tuning and caching strategies.
- Familiarity with Git version control, code review workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and unit/integration testing.
The Opportunity
The role is on‑site, requiring daily collaboration at Cuatro Labs’ office. Compensation ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month.
