We’re seeking a backend developer to design, build, and maintain scalable services that power frontend applications and external integrations. You’ll work with TypeScript, Express.js, SQL, and DynamoDB while implementing secure JWT‑based authentication and OAuth fundamentals. The role is a 2–4 year experience contract, offering a hybrid setup across Gurugram, Noida, or Pune.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using TypeScript and Express.js.
- Design optimized SQL schemas, queries, and stored procedures for high‑performance data access.
- Model and manage NoSQL data using DynamoDB.
- Build RESTful APIs that connect front‑end applications and third‑party services.
- Implement JWT authentication and authorization, incorporating OAuth basics where needed.
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to ensure reliability and performance.
- Containerize applications with Docker and support AWS deployments.
What You Need
- 2+ years of backend development with TypeScript and Express.js.
- Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and schema design.
- Hands‑on experience with DynamoDB.
- Proven ability to develop and secure RESTful APIs using JWT.
- Understanding of OAuth authentication flows.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and general DevOps practices.
Good to Have
- Experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics integration for backend event tracking.
- Prior work with Docker containerization and deployment.
