AI Software Developer – Nagpur | Full-Time You’ll build AI and ML solutions that automate processes, boost sales, and optimize manufacturing at a leading Indian industry player. The role offers exposure to end‑to‑end AI product life‑cycles across ERP, CRM, and shop‑floor systems. What You’ll Do Design and launch AI‑powered applications for business users. Build ML/DL and generative AI models using large language models. Embed AI features into existing ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms. Create predictive maintenance, demand‑forecasting, and quality‑control tools for production. Develop data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics to feed AI projects. Write scalable backend APIs and ensure code performance, security, and documentation. What You Need 3–6 years of software development experience on AI/ML projects. Strong Python skills; hands‑on with TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit‑learn. Experience using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) and prompt engineering. Ability to construct data pipelines and work with SQL and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP and containerisation tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency in building REST APIs with FastAPI, Flask or Django. Good to Have M.Tech/MCA/MBA (Technology) and AI/ML certifications. Knowledge of Java or C# for broader system integration. Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate) and LangChain/LlamaIndex. Prior work on ERP/CRM integration projects.
