Join a leading global bank’s technology team to drive API and web automation testing initiatives. You’ll work on end‑to‑end test design, script automation, and DevOps integration, helping deliver reliable digital services.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse change requests, identify impacted test scenarios, and design test matrices.
- Lead requirement walkthroughs with QA pool and stakeholders, defining test approach.
- Automate scripts using Appium, Java, and IntelliJ within the established framework.
- Review team test scripts, ensure comment closure, and validate test data readiness.
- Build and maintain Jenkins pipelines, integrate Sonar and Checkmarx for quality checks.
- Verify AWS logs for failures, manage defect triage, and coordinate risk mitigation.
- Execute manual and automated tests, publish status reports in JIRA and WSR.
What You Need
- 6–10 years of software testing experience.
- 5+ years in API and web automation using Java, Selenium, Rest‑Assured.
- Proficiency with JIRA, GitHub, SQL, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins).
- Experience scripting for mobile, API, and web platforms.
- Strong understanding of testing processes, standards, and documentation.
- Ability to communicate issues clearly to technical and business audiences.
Good to Have
- Prior exposure to banking or financial services domain.
- Familiarity with Open Banking standards and APIs.
