Responsibility:
Service Execution:
- Perform activities mentioned in KRA/Position summary based on defined guidelines in SOPs/Run books with business impact understanding.
- Ensure stated productivity requirements for the engagement.
- Perform Health check and event monitoring.
- Verify all daemons are running as per standard operating procedures.
- Verify all applications are working without any alterations in service.
- Verify receipt of any push or pull actions.
- Review logs and device configuration for change logging.
- Perform back up the configuration system and audit files.
- Provide user access according to defined policy and standards.
- Perform signature and image update/fine tuning as per defined procedure.
Stakeholder Management:
- Adherence to customer security and compliance requirements.
- Adherence to customer communication etiquettes.
- Perform alert management as per defined procedure for incident handling.
- Process service requests as per defined procedure.
- Process Adherence:
- Contribution to continuous service improvement plans (CSI).
People Management:
- Contribute to and participate proactively in knowledge sharing sessions.
- Act as a buddy for new hires.
Organization:
- Adherence to Organizational policies and processes (including Cognizant’s security policies LP timelines etc).
