What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance services using Go, Ruby, and Java.
- Architect scalable, reliable, and secure microservices and APIs for core product features.
- Build event‑driven systems and asynchronous processing pipelines to handle real‑time data.
- Optimize performance, resilience, and availability of backend services through profiling and tuning.
- Partner with mobile/web engineers to deliver seamless end‑to‑end experiences across platforms.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure reliability, observability, and rapid incident response.
What You Need
- 4–6 years of backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Go, Ruby, and Java.
- Experience with distributed systems, REST/GraphQL APIs, and event queues.
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Hands‑on coding, design reviews, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Good to Have
- Fintech, payments, or transaction‑heavy system experience.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
- Experience with observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
