Build Relationships with Important People – Hyderabad
Dev Hr Solutions helps businesses grow by connecting them with the right talent and building strong professional networks. We’re looking for someone to lead relationships with our key clients and help us expand our reach.
Basically, you’ll be the main point of contact for some of our most important customers. You’ll spend time understanding their needs and making sure they’re happy with our services. This includes regularly checking in with leaders at these companies – what’s often called CXO engagement – and building strong relationships with people at all levels. A big part of the role is making sure clients continue working with us, and finding new opportunities to help them. You’ll also be involved in networking events and building our community.
To do well in this role, you should be comfortable talking to people and building trust. Excellent communication skills are a must, and you’ll need to be organized and able to manage multiple things at once. Leadership skills are important too, as you’ll be guiding interactions and ensuring everyone is on the same page. We’re looking for someone with around 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, focused on client relationships or community management.
This position is based in Hyderabad and is an onsite role. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
