Ridhira Group is a rapidly growing civilisational wellness and hospitality conglomerate with interests in luxury spas, heritage retreats, AI-native longevity platforms, Ayurvedic wellness, and wellness communities. We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer / Deputy General Manager – Projects to lead the delivery of branded hotels, wellness resorts, institutional campuses, and infrastructure projects from inception to pre-opening.
This is a high-responsibility role requiring extensive expertise in civil construction, quantity surveying, land and geotechnical surveys, contractor management, and hospitality property commissioning. The candidate will report directly to the Founder and Group MD and oversee the civil aspects of projects across Hyderabad, Udaipur, Goa, Ayodhya, Jodhpur, and Pulicat.
Key Responsibilities include leading end-to-end civil construction, managing various structural elements (RCC, masonry, post-tensioned slabs, steel), overseeing foundation engineering, coordinating structural design, managing site development and utilities, supervising swimming pool and landscape construction, and executing heritage restoration projects. Responsibilities also encompass MEP coordination, quantity surveying (BOQ preparation, rate analysis, cost management), survey and geotechnical oversight, hotel pre-opening and commissioning (snag lists, FF&E/OS&E, statutory clearances), PPP & government infrastructure coordination, contract and vendor management (FIDIC, GCC, EPC contracts), project planning & scheduling (Primavera P6), and ensuring HSE & quality compliance.
Required Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a premier institution (IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani, SPA Delhi or equivalent). A postgraduate degree/diploma from NICMAR or RICS is preferred. PMP, MRICS, CIOB, LEED AP BD+C, or GRIHA certifications are advantageous. 10–18 years of progressive experience in civil construction, with at least 3 hotel or resort pre-opening deliveries is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, Primavera P6, CostX/Candy, and BIM is required.
Preferred candidates will have experience from Taj Hotels (IHCL) Projects Division, Oberoi Group Projects, IHG/Marriott/Hyatt Technical Services, L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Capacit’e Infraprojects, or similar large EPC contractors.
