Responsibilities include on-site oversight of construction, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards. You will analyze designs, offering valuable feedback for improved functionality and cost efficiency, and collaborate with clients, contractors, and industry professionals to meet project objectives. Implementing rigorous quality assurance procedures and maintaining meticulous project documentation with regular management updates are also key aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong foundation in civil engineering principles, coupled with practical experience. Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD is a must. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a thorough understanding of construction safety regulations are essential. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
