Rotating Equipment Design experience in oil and gas, Fertilizer or Hydrocarbon industries. Should have worked as Rotating Equipment / Package Engineer in oil and gas, Fertilizer or Hydrocarbon projects. Positive team-member and the ability to complete tasks on time while meeting all expectations.
Effective communicator who quickly builds trust, confidence and respect when exchanging vital information among various stakeholders like project team members, other discipline engineers, client, vendors and contractors etc.
• Should have worked on design of Centrifugal Compressors, reciprocating compressors, screw compressors, BOG Compressors, API pumps, Non API Pumps, Steam turbines, gas turbine, hydraulic turbines, expanders, Steam Generators, Dosing packages, Instrument air package and other rotating equipment/packages etc . Preparation of MR, TBE, TQ, PR and Vendor Drawing and document review. Coordination with various internal departments, vendors and clients. Worked on following software:
• Familiar with recognized design codes and Standards such as API, NFPA, JIS, OISD, SHELL DEP etc
• Conversant with International code for design and fabrication i.e, API 610, API 612, API613, API614, API-617, API 618, , API 672, API675, API692, API-650, API 620, PTC 10 etc
• Should have worked with reputed vendors like Siemens, GE, MHI, BHEL, KPCL, Flowserve, Sulzer, KSB, DMW, Kawasaki, Manturbo, Hitachi, Mayekawa, Howden, Buckhardt, IR, Atlas Copco, SBW, Wilo, KEPL, Mather Platts etc
Qualification
B.Tech./M.Tech, in Mechanical Engineering from reputed institute.
