Civil Engineer – Team Lead with ABAM Engineers Inc.

ABAM Engineers Inc. is a growing engineering company that helps clients with projects related to the environment, water, waste management, and general civil infrastructure. We work with a variety of customers – from industrial companies to government agencies – to design and build important projects.

As a Civil Engineer and Team Lead, you’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of projects, from initial planning to construction. You’ll design things like stormwater systems, renewable energy facilities, and waste management solutions. A big part of the role involves creating detailed plans and reports for permits, doing hydraulic modelling, and making sure everything complies with regulations. You’ll also prepare construction documents like drawings and cost estimates, and help review bids from contractors. You’ll be expected to handle multiple projects at the same time, analyze data, and communicate clearly with both clients and regulatory bodies.

To be successful here, you’ll need a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. It’s important to have experience working on projects based in the USA. We’re looking for someone comfortable with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D, especially for grading and surface design. Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are also necessary. Experience with civil site planning and stormwater calculations is a must.

This position is located in Nagpur, Maharashtra and is an onsite role. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
