Qualifications & Experience:
– Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
– Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in a mid-level role within the finance department
– Prior experience in the service sector (preferably IT or Pharma) is highly desirable
– Strong interpersonal, communication, and team management skills
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, vouching, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations
– Prepare full sets of standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards)
– Ensure adherence to proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
– Handle internal and statutory audits, serving as the point of contact for external auditors
– Utilize accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or equivalent with efficiency
– Prepare detailed MIS reports and financial dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
– Monitor and improve internal controls and financial processes across departments
– Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
Technical Skills:
– Proficient in accounting tools (Tally/SAP or similar ERP systems)
– Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
– Sound understanding of Ind AS
– Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports for management decision-making
