Job Title: CRM Administrator – Microsoft Dynamics 365

We are seeking a skilled CRM Administrator with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage and optimize our CRM system. This role involves configuring, customizing, and maintaining D365 to support business processes, enhance user adoption, and ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
• System Administration: Oversee the daily operations of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including user management, security roles, workflows, and system configurations.
• Customization & Configuration: Tailor D365 to meet organizational needs by creating custom entities, fields, forms, and business rules.
• Workflow & Automation: Develop and manage workflows, business process flows, and automation to streamline operations.
• Reporting & Analytics: Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and Power BI integrations to provide actionable insights.
• User Support & Training: Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to ensure effective system utilization.
• System Integration: Collaborate with IT to integrate D365 with other business applications and ensure seamless data flow.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest D365 features and best practices to recommend and implement system enhancements

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and customizing D365, including entities, workflows, and security roles.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:
• Power Platform: Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Project Management: Ability to manage CRM projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
