Job Description:
• Qualification: B.E / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Years of Experience: BE with 8-10 Years & Diploma with 10-12 yrs (with at least 5 yrs in
• Structural Steel experience)
• NDT Level II in UT, RT, MT, PT
• Knowledge of AWS D1.1 / IS Code
• Following activities to be carried out:
• QCP preparation (if required)
• Carry out inspections as per approved QCP.
• Review existing WPS / PQR, if required witness qualification/establishment of new WPS
• Witness welder qualification
• Ensure qualified welder record
• Fit-up check, weld visual, dimensional, witness/review report of NDT (as per approved QCP)
• vii. Painting inspection, marking/tagging check
• viii. Ensuring updation of structural fabrication records, reports
• ix. Ensuring use of calibrated instruments, maintaining records of the same
• x. Ensuring all reports are electronically/physically (as the requirement will at the time of
• execution) dispatched to site along with each lot for
• facilitating clearance of the dispatched items
• xi. Any other activity as per QCP
• Kindly note:
• The personnel/candidate will be working on behalf of TPL and has to ensure that all
• Quality aspects are checked, verified and ensured
• They have to be in constant touch / communicate with TPL. Any quality related issue
• observed, non-compliance by Manufacturer has to be brought to the notice of TPL

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
